Do you feel sad when you finish watching a Toku series?

That's actually why I like to take my time with what I watch toku or otherwise, so that way it makes me feel more accomplished then saddened

At first I felt the answer was that I usually feel a sense of completion and accomplishment. That I had finally come to the end of my journey like I did with Hurricanger.

But in the case of Kabuto, I was sad. I really liked Tendou and Kagami. I loved hanging out with them, enjoying their conflicts, stories, and those they encountered. So, yeah.. I was really sad to see them go.

I think that's the only one tho. Otherwise, it's more a sense of completion I feel.

I agree with many here, it depends on how the series developed.
I remember seeing Jetman's finale. Radeige dies with the promise of revenge, Ako finally makes a singing career, Raita finds his best half, Ryu and Kaori are going to marry and Gai is happy about it, then, he is killed, Ryu mistakes that as Gai being tired and then "Kokoro wa tamago" breaks in, I never thought I'd be this close to cry over tokusatsu (the only other time was when the Ozu family reunited and transformed).
Anyway, if the series and it's end give you a sense of closure, then it is obvious that you'll feel at least a little sad, but not always happens.
Like in Boukenger...

This year I've become really attached to Den-O, while not so much with Gekiranger. Even though Gekiranger might have had a better story, but Den-O overshadowed it IMO. I don't think I'll be sad when I finish Geki.

Yes, I felt sad after watching Kamen Rider Blade & will feel sad will probably feel sad when I watch the last denos. *haven't gotten around to them yet* But for all the other tokus I watched, Not really.

I feel the same way and that's probably because the characters (specially the Taros) are really easy to attach to, I mean, everyone here has their favorite Taros.

It happens to me with almost all the shows I watch. This is mainly because I spread them out and try to make them last a few months or even a year by only watching so many episodes on certain days; you just grow so attached to it that it has that affect on you. As for things you can watch in only a day or two, those really don't have that affect on me.

Change sucks sometimes... :disappoin
