1) $50. But knowing those wankers they'd probably be like $25-30 >_>
2) What do you mean by 'sped up'? I'd assume it's all each episode in full quality with the openings as normal. Maybe skipped for some.

I don't get it? back when saban own Power rangers they use to edited the audio tracks to pal for the international release,the audio pitch was same as the North American version,but it was time consuming so now they just do simple conversion from NTSC to Pal just so they can release it faster for international markets. Disney is so cheap.

Not only that but the BGM sounds horrible in PAL.
