Cannon fodder. More politely known as distractions or decoys. No offense arnoldmcguire335 but they're just hindrances. The Riders and the Sentai teams have better things to do than babysit the kids. Credit to you for having a nice good imagination but I think this is just pointless...my opinion of course.

I respect your opinion, ok, but like I said, they will be trained to fight the bad guys. also, they're not babysitting them. try to picture this:

What would happen if the parents of these characters get kidnapped by the bad guys of sentai?

answer: of course, they must find the said sentai to train them to fight them (the villains), thus, the reason for this thread.

and by the way, they're not hindrances, they're good help in my opinion.

Meh...beside Raven's visions I don't see how ANY of those silly kids could be any useful. And training them would take too long and be pointless. They'd probably just go to the job and get it done.

You want child-like imagination to save the day? Just ask Bridge or Chip! They got plenty of it.

More reasonable answer:
Said Sentai would find out the location somehow, bust in and lay the smackdown while said parents thank their lucky stars and think about getting back to their families alive and unhurt. Sorry to be blunt, but your idea is just unfeasible. Fanboy/fangirl ideas are all well and good but this is just too whack.

If I was the Sentai, I'd realize that training the kiddies would amount to time-wasting AND babysitting. By not concentrating on the crisis at hand, I'm just exposing the parents to more danger. Let's say I'm one of the rugrats, then.
"My parents are in danger, will you train me and not rescue them straight away? It doesn't matter if it takes at least two years to become a hero like you, as long as I can help you rescue my parents a couple years from now!"

Finally, if I was the parent I sure as hell don't want to see my kids exposing themselves to danger. If they did that, you can be sure the first thing I'd do after tearfully hugging them would be to ground them into retirement.

here's an example to see that they are not useless in a fight:

Phil Diffy, of Phil of the Future, comes from the future, so he's helpful to the Dekarangers since he has gadgets.

Raven Baxter, of That's so Raven, has psychic power to help/inform the Abarangers, but that can be channeled to power.

others have to be trained to battle/fight.

To put this far, what if the sentai villains attack them for a special item that they badly want? try to put a answer to my question.

also, they are not pissing the rangers, they're helping them. didn't you read at Wikipedia, ""Vs." in the Sentai context does not, for whatever reason, indicate animosity between the two teams but rather the two joining forces."

I do have a heart, just not for ideas that are really that weak or pre-teen melodrama.

For example, what device would Phil really have that would benefit the Dekas that Swan couldn't make?

And wow Raven is psychic....I think the Abas got along just fine without one.

Seriously, I'm familiar with most of these shows because my sister watches a lot of Disney Channel sometimes, and not once have I ever thought that any of those whiny, melodramatic pre-teens would have any way of really benefitting a Sentai team. Hell, I wouldn't even mix any of them with Power Rangers Mystic Force, possibly one of the worst shows ever.

But seriously... Raven's powers are REALLY LAME as far as psychic go. They'Re just silly vision about her own personnal futures, never really clear, and she makes everything worse by trying to prevent something she's not even sure will happen or not.

If you want a REAL psychic with good experience and with WORLD SHATTERING visions... then go ask Johnny Smith.
