I think they're really lacking leadership. They've got a lot of good ingredients on the team, but since there's no single charismatic leader that's sorted himself out in Favre's absence, they struggle to finish games that the should win. How many games have there been this season where the Pack has better numbers and really should win, but in the 4th quarter they completely fall apart? There were at least four games they lost that way. Hopefully Rogers (who's pretty good otherwise) grows a pair and learns to be the leader that Favre was. Favre was an interception-machine and all-around knucklehead, but the dude could inspire the team like no one else.
