Details on 2013 Collectors Edition Power Morpher

One thing I've been wondering is if the Morpher is bigger then the original? Sure I did a rough estimate by comparing it to the surrounding items which I knew the scale of. And by that conclusion it is bigger. But people have been telling me its the same size... I'm confused xD

In the OP, the picture says that it will be 110% the size of the original.

It also says that there are only 5 sound patterns, so if that's true, I'd say that pretty much rules out the gold version.

Yeah in the panel he said that the Morpher will be bigger to fit easier with adult hands. Also notice that in the concept picture, notice how the Morpher Buckle is place on the back of the belt in the drawing. I thought that was a nice feature.

Die Cast coins?

Individual sounds for each one? Wow, BOA is really going all out with this.

When was the last time BOA used Die cast on anything?

I can't believe I'm still finding new info on this picture after having it all this time lol! There will be 8 diecast parts: the 5 coins, handle, and the 2 cover plates.

I still can't believe we never had an American Dragon Buckler. With the way Tommy was so popular, you would think you'd lose just as much fans just as fast as you made them from the show in general, just for not having his morpher as a toy.

I'm baffled...I was basically a baby so I was oblivious. If I was at least 9+ years old during around 1993-95 and found out there would be no Green Ranger morpher, I would have cried. lol Especially since internet was a big thing back then so you'd only be able to get news from the Toy stores themselves. Imagine waiting for a one to come out, only to realize it never will.

Well anyways, lol I'm hyped for this better than ever reissue.

None of the toys were show accurate during that time, there was still a Morpher and a Dragon Coin so not a complete loss. But if they took the time to make a Black Megazord, why not a Gold Morpher? lol! Like a combo pack with the Dragon Dagger. I'm more than confident we will see a 2014 Dragonzord and Dragon Morpher if the Collectors Edition Power Morpher does well.

Oh, so I wasn't going crazy there was at least a Dragon coin. Really though, and the only thing they would be "making" are labels, they just needed to import Dragon Bucklers.

I HOPE that you're right, because that does make sense.

It's funny, we see a Gold morpher in the show..we don't get it as a toy. Jason doesn't get Zeonizers in the show...but we get it as a toy.

Yeah the coin we got was that ugly Godzilla looking one, but there is no difference between the Dragonbuckler and Dinobuckler other than the color. The Power Morphers in the show were made from Dinobucklers.
