MegaRanger was fun. Kenta is proof that you don't do the younger firey spirited yet slightly dense SentaiRed by making him screechingly loud and obnoxious. I kinda wish they'd stopped with Kenta and still had the stoic leader Red as the standard but unfortunately they've been milking this archetype and making it worse ever since.
Excellent suits and monster designs. Loved the mecha and the equipment. The story could use some improvements but overall still fun.
Also, I love those darn kids. They're a very likable group. One of the more genuinely likable sentai teams composed of teenagers I think.
One of my favorite episodes is the one where a monster shoves a child who adores MegaRed right in front of him as he is doing a super powerful punch. Just the most horrible thing that could happen to a sentai hero!
The whole episode is really well done IMO and I'm such a sap for the way it ends. :bawling: :thumbs:

Well , I'm on ep 15 so far (trying to download and watch every episode of the show as soon as possible) and I like it quite a bit! The suits, music , and mecha all work well. It feels a bit "dated" due to the technology theme , but it's still a fun show and alot of the action is great. Can't wait to watch more! Chisato/ Megayellow was cute , too , and I was surprise to see her actress again in Boukenger!
