That's my first thought, honestly. If I were to seriously make a bet, I would bet on the PS2. There are still games being released on the PS2 and it's just easier to develop for until they are prepared for the next generation. I can easily see it going to PS2.
I would love to see it on Wii but I highly doubt it. However, if it was on Wii I would think it would be kewl to make the set up close to WiiBoxing. Because you always see the "YeeHaw Throw it Down YALL!" fighting style in every Rider season where the Riders effectively say "**** it all" to their weapons and just start pounding the monster or each other with fists. So a Wii Boxing set up would be neat, jabbing and swinging at the enemy just like in the show. Then when you pull out your weapon you slash the Wiimote around. Sparks flyin and what have you. Enemy health bar reaches zero and it cuts to a kewl explosion scene.
Aaah, just dreams and wishes.

Since Agito/Kuuga, Kamen Rider videogames has always been on PS2, unless they're gonna give Den-O some over the top, bonkers, high definition graphics, then they might put it on PS3, or XBox depending on if the 360 does better than it's predecessor in Japan.
Yeah, would be nice to see a Kamen Rider DS game, although I'd prefer it to be BLACK or RX.
