Den-O what system will it be on???

so since its 2007 and Den-O is here. Which system will it be on??? will it be on ps2 still or will it move somewhere else. I hope it wil be on DS since i want a rider game on the go

I bet my weight in pants it going to be on the PS2. It's too early to go Next Gen for the Rider Game Franchise, with the PS3 collecting dust, and the 360 still being too pricey/slight unappealing to Japanese gamers (The likes of Blue Dragon has helped greatly though.) And it would take too much time for Bandai Namco to figure out how to set up the controls for a Rider game on the Wii.

Portable is a possibliity, but it also is quite a downgrade to the TV to a Portable screen.


What I'm more curious is how the Gameplay is going to be, Den-O doesn't lead itself to a fighting system as well as past KR games have. Will it go in the more beat em up game play style of GARO and Kamen Rider Kabuto? Only time will tell apparently.

You know, I do hope they make it on the DS. That I'd import, just so I could have a Kamen Rider game for my DS. :thumbs:

PS2, they won't make the jump to new gen so quickly. They didn't do PS2 until Faiz. Which was in 2003, while PS2 hit Japan in early 2000. So it might be a couple years before a PS3 game.

I dunno... good money is on the DS. Developement costs would be low and near everyone in Japan has one.

And as I said, It's a bit of a downgrade to take a TV show like Den-O and put it's game EXCLUSIVLY on the DS or PSP. Ideally, you would release it on a Portable and Home Console system.

It doesn't matter to me...can't play it anyways.... =(

But I'd want it for the Xbox 360 and PS3, but right now I only have a Gameboy sp, PS2 and a Xbox 360.
