So I just got a Breaking News text message saying that the first tsunami hit Japan from the Chile quake, 'the initial waves are small'

We just had an earthquake in Haiti a month ago, then one hits near Japan that we didn't notice, then Chile gets hits by one. On top of that, we got Tsunami alerts going bananas over this quake, plus there is a shitload of snowstorms going on in the past 2 weeks.

Smells like a Gorgom plot :eyebrow:

There's supposed to be some heavy waves hitting here in about an hour. Then tomorrow I have to go to Yokohama and that's right on the coast too.

Well here in Hawaii, the tsunami didn't hit. Thank God!!! Hopefully it won't be that bad in Japan.

I'm hearing at least 300 dead in the quake, no word on any tsunami casualties yet.
