comedy in kamen rider

Comedy in Kamen Rider shows have always been a hit and miss for me. Sometimes I can appreciate it like that Blade arc people mentioned which was witty, sometimes I feel uncomfortable with silly unfunny things going on like for Fourze (which drove me to stop watching it and I had regretted on doing so) and the two story arcs in Wizard written by that prick named Daisuke Ishibashi. Oh, and I didn't like the comedic things going on in W either. Den-O however, is pretty much like Teletubbies.

That said, I hope Drive doesn't end up the same way.

Not reliable sources.

Prove it.
I will when you provide reliable sources instead of that twaddle and you stop making demands of me and learn to ask. Only three types of people get to make demands of me and you are not one of those types.

So no, comedy is not useless.
Again wrong.

It sounds like some think that Toku is better being dark & serious without any comedy. But that it sounds very depressing, since there need to be moments to lighten the mood.

Two of those three links have cited scientific studies to back them up. You however, don't have anything except your own made-up delusion. Between them and you, it's infinitely more rational to believe in them.

And no, I was never demanding and am never gonna demand anything of you. It's just common knowledge (and the basis of scientific theory) that until someone brings something up to support what he says, he's most probably making stuff up. I was just naive to expect someone who can make extremely stupid claims to actually have something ready to back it up, and that's on me.

Oh, and I'm not gonna ask for something that doesn't exist.

You're in the "Making stuff Up" territory, aka an "agent of misinformation". Whether or not you wish to stay in that territory, that's not my problem.

Dont feed the Troll, guys.
First Kamen Rider had comedy, Kuuga had comedy, Dairanger had comedy, even second Terminator had comedy.
Comedy is a good thing, as long as it doesn't ruin your concept of the show. It can't make show better or worse by itself. It's just a tool.
If Kouga in GARO suddenly started joking about everything, that would be example of bad comedy.
Chief arс in Kabuto on the other hand is an excellent example of good comedy, since show basically just made fun of all that overtop pathos it had.

And comedy isn't the problem with recent Kamen Riders. The problems are bad writing, directing and acting.

Then I am the god damn queen of the fucking universe and you are all my comedic experiments.

It does. Comedy is useless garbage.

No, no, kuroihikari and Yoona are correct, you are wrong. It's a pretty absurd view to take that all comedy is terrible and should never happen unless it's specifically a comedy show.

(Also, children's show. Kamen Rider is a children's show. For very small children. Who like comedy.)

The current stuff is well... take Bravo "training" Gridon or the horrid frying pan scene; Momotaros flying out the Denliner or the Gene arc in Double. Way to the other extreme.
Kuuga's humor was for the most time equally stupid. In fact, I was beside myself, when that posion-pervented freak succeeded in sending Godai to other world. Too bad, not permanently.
