Christmas stuff up too early?

Anybody else think stores are putting up their Christmas decorations a bit too early? It's Veteran's Day here in the US, and there is one mall in the Phoenix Metro area (Fiesta Mall in Mesa) that already has the Santa Claus exhibit in the center of the place, and most grocery store here have their Christmas items in store & egg nog in the dairy. I really wish these stores would not put up the holiday stuff so early in November.

Anybody else feel the same way?

I do find it odd to see Christmas decorations at the mall so damn early. They should really put them up in late November, at least.

Actually, it seems like they're getting put up a little later than they were last year.

I agree. They really should wait. I appreciate the time of year as much as the next person, and I try to savor every microsecond of it, but come on. What's the rush?

Me though, I start getting ready for Christmas the day before Thanksgiving by watching "A Season to Remember", since the first time it ever aired was the eve of Thanksgiving.
