Looked like a Superman shirt to me at first glance.
Looks like it's just the Superman 'S' on a black & red ringer tshirt.

That corner of the S is pretty stand out and unmistakible. Unless is's some kinda immitation?

I've seen a lot of parody and mock ups using the basic design of the Superman "S". The design itself isn't really trademarked I think.

It looks like the Superman shirts that were selling at Walmart. Their last circular had a similar style shirt. Try your local mall as well as many stores as cashing in Superman shirts. There's this one I REALLY wanted for my eldest son - it had Supes wrapped around as if he was flying around the world. The woman said she got it from the local Hot Topics but I doubt they would sell something like that.

But you know what else it looks like.... Mighty Mouse design. You really can't tell by the small amount of pic.



I found this site that sells Superman t-shirts they have one similar but not exactly like the pic (what little we see).

I'd try Graphitti Designs...They're the main company that puts out all comic related t-shirts.
