Which TV Shows Took a Few Seasons to Really Find Their Groove?

I've been thinking about shows that didn't quite hit the mark in their early seasons but ended up becoming fan favorites. Can anyone share their experiences with series that had a slow start but eventually became amazing? I'm really looking for recommendations for something I might have overlooked because I wrote it off too soon.

One of my all-time favorites that totally fits this is "The Expanse." The first season is good, but it really hits its stride by season two when the world-building and character dynamics ramp up. It goes from a solid sci-fi show to something really special, especially with those intense political plots and the complex relationships.

Also, I'd throw in "Parks and Recreation." The first season feels a bit rough, like they were still figuring out the tone, but once they find Leslie Knope's voice, it just becomes this hilarious gem that nails character growth.
