I only managed to make it to one day of AX... Though I got in for free with a friend, so it was all good. Got there early enough that I didn't have to pay too much to park, either. My only gripe was that I was there the *only* day where nothing PR-related happened. Kinda sucked.

We're pretty well-known in California in the Ren Faire "circle"... Otherwise, not so much. But hmm, sample tracks, huh. *digs*

Well, you can hear bits and pieces of the stuff on this site... I'm only on the latest one, because I haven't been in the band long enough to be in the others. And the next cd, I'll be playing bass as well as just singing.

i heard one of the biggest renaissance faire is the one in irwindale right? so are you on every track on the latest album? i'm currently listenin' to all the sample tracks btw. & i'm diggin all of em ('specially "i know my love") :thumbs:

Yeah, the one that is currently in Irwindale was the first-ever Renaissance Faire. It's changed sites a few times, but it's still the first. :thumbs:

As for the album, I'm on almost all of them... I joined the group while they were doing the recording for it, so it was basically "Ok, now you're in the group, how soon can you get in to record?"

As a consequence, I'm not on the song in French (Je Ne L'ose Dire) or All Creatures Now, which has a really hard alto part. I know them now, of course, but while the rest of them I could do a couple of times in practice and then record with the music in front of me, not so much on those two.

Thanks for supplying us with sample tracks of your band. The songs are very lovely. I especially like "Scarborough Faire" from Happy Endings. Tis a mystical tune. That reminds me, one of my friends probably saw your group performing during a Ren Faire. in Yuma, Arizona.
