Actually, my grandfather died four years ago, that's why I've moved down here in North Carolina three years ago. And My grandfather bought this house for me and my living grandmother, so this is MY house!

Yes they should. That is the point I am trying to make. SK says these things, but they turn out the complete opposite of what he says 99.9% of the time.

Yes. The house is in my name. Not just in my name. Under my living grandmother's name. My aunt lula is living with us. we're processing to turn this house into vacation home.

In all fairness, My aunt pays water bills, my grandmother pays light bills, and I get to pay the rest.

Why would I turn down the gifts? They're rarely giving me the gifts. Mostly I buy the things on my own.
