Bring back the 'Pretty Boys'

I was just going on what I've heard; I'm not actually sick enough to look for the thing. Thanks though. How distrubing. :redface2:

And yeah... I'm not an HBO porn viewer either...

I've only seen an animated image of it. I think what's his face over at that nameless place has the video.

That's okay, I'll pass. :bawling:

I think that the whole reason that most of the boys are "girly" is to draw girls to watch the show. *shrug*

More like "pretty." They're all supposed to make the female viewers swoon with their boyish good looks and anorexic frames. The only really "girly" young star I can think of is Kitazaki from Faiz, and perhaps Beetle-Sazer.

I'd like to see Faiz's Waka as a real female Rider -- and no, her mini-stint as Kaixa doesn't count.

I really like this idea. I'm not sure if I'd want her to be the main Rider, I think she'd be better suited as a good Rider who antagonizes the main Rider, like Kusaka.

I thought that Ryuki and Agito were kinda femme myself. Maybe they were just "sensitive". :P

Actually, I think there are probably a 1,000 other actresses that deserve a chance rather than Katou again. She's really weak and obnoxious -- she doesn't deserve another shot like Takano, he was at least cool. I'd like to see Faiz's Waka as a real female Rider -- and no, her mini-stint as Kaixa doesn't count.

Aw come on, Kato's not that bad. I blame the writers more than anything for how wacky her character is, and the fact that she's *another* one of the people in Ryuki with an axe to grind with Ouja doesn't help. As an actress she's okay, but still better than some of the others that have been in Rider shows lately.

Waka was cool at first, but both her and Yamasaki are in so much of Faiz that I just got really sick of them both. And it's hard for me to get tired of Yamasaki, because he's solid gold in Agito, and then in Faiz, after a few episodes where he's the cool armchair villain, they turn him into a thumb-sucking crybaby bookworm who fears some effeminate weirdo. I think I'd be more open to seeing both of them again if their characters had been killed off earlier when they were still threatening and cool. But then again, Faiz is the only thing I've ever seen Waka in, so maybe that's not the best way to judge her.

A new actress is probably the best idea, but if they had to reuse an actress, I'd still vouch for Kato, because as much as I like Agito's Fujita Touko, I can't see her as a Rider.

Except for Waka, I've erased Faiz from my memory, which is what I recommend. I thought she was cool with so much potential, but they basically used her as just a grunt. Her only shining moment in the latter portion of the series was when she was pretty much begging Yuka to die after being attacked by Minami's goons (speaking of Minami, Atsushi Ogawa was another one wasted in that show, along with Waka and Yamasaki).

If not Waka, then my other choice would be Blade's Akane Hamasaki. Or Mio Fukuzumi, who CAN be cool, but has been sort of typecast as a ditz thanks to Hurricanger. When Ryuki was on the air, I made up my own cast list out of disappointment for how the show was turning out (lamely, it consisted mostly of nothing but former tokusatsu stars) and Fukuzumi was my choice for Femme...

Katou didn't used to bother me so much, herself. I didn't like Miho, but what was worse was how creepy it was that she was the lone female Rider at 16, being stalked by 30 year old Ryouhei and 24 year old Suga falls in love with her. But when I really began to hate Katou? After seeing "Stacy." I like Kenji Ootsuki as a musician and thought that movie would be a fun, over-the-top romp (like his music), but it was an awful, poorly made mess and she's downright obnoxious in it!
