Bring back old Disney

This thread makes me sad... Walt Disney was all about innovation, he loved new concepts, technology and approaches to doing things. To just see people say they want Disney to revert to what they once were is dismissing the legacy Walt set up. Also stuff from the 80's and 90's isn't "old" Disney, the Alice Comedies and Oswald is old Disney. You are referring the Eisner years, which some people would even argue is when Disney stopped being Disney.

Want to know some fun info regarding Oswald the Lucky Rabbit,Walt Disney`s first character?
Bob Iger told Walt`s surviving relatives when he became Disney CEO that he would bring the rights to the character back to Disney.
Disney(the man,not the company) created Oswald for Universal in the early 1920`s.
When he left to form his own studio,Universal wouldn`t let him take Oswald with him as they laid ownership status to the character. So Disney created Mickey Mouse and the rest,as they say,is history.
So how did Disney get the rights back?
They traded sportscaster Al Michaels to NBC Universal in exchange for Oswald.

You might be thinking that this would be a joke, and I did too when I first heard about it(I read it in an issue of Nintendo Power. That issue had a cover story regarding Epic Mickey) but it apparently is true...and incredibly hilarious when you think about it.

I don't see anything that's hilarious, but more of a surprise, yet interesting detail. But, more of an ironic-type of funny.

Oh, Kivat, Forever Knight,

I didn't know that you both like thick, curvy chicks! Well, I dig skinny chicks. It's perfectly fine with me.
