Tokuyama's gay movie is old news.
However, the show Mizushima and Takeru are promoting is currently airing in Japan. I believe it's around episode 5 or 6 at this point. It's based on a manga called 'Mei-chan's butler' and has the same name. Mizushima(Rihito) plays an S-rank butler to Mei-chan, while Takeru(Kento) is a butler-in-training and younger brother of Rihito.
