Boring Episodes of Sentai

So, a while back I've made a thread asking you guys if Super Sentai puts you off Power Rangers..

But I've looked back, and I found out that I've not been watching Goseiger for a long while. If I'm being honest, I think I might have found some of the episodes boring, and I fear that my interest in Super Sentai might be slipping away along with Power Rangers (although Power Rangers has pretty much slipped away completely a long time ago).

So, when you watch Super Sentai, are there any episodes that you find boring and want to skip?

Filler episodes!

Well, we have to remember that sentai runs for 48 to 51 episodes per show which means that obviously 60% of it are filler episodes, so usually i just watch the episodes that something exciting happens like new power-up or something, as for fillers i usually watch the ones I'm interested to see even if they don't feature something new like maybe a focus episode or something, i watch a few but not all of them.

there were like ten episodes straight of shinkenger where nothing was happening and all they were doing was showing off new mech formations and passing around the inoumaru. Some of those episodes I had a hard time sitting through. I'm watching dekaranger right now and I find the most boring part to be the Mech fights because they're like 90% stock footage and they keep showing that one clip of the Dekaranger robo jumping to the left to dodge an attack.

Wait till you see some older sentai, if you haven't i suggest you do, cause most of the time its bloody re-occurring stock footage of buildings blowing up and ranger roll calls.

Metal Heroes shows (Gavan/Sharivan/Shaider/B-Fighter/Kabuto) are the WORST for that kind of **** with the vehicles. I was wondering how Toei could spit on the fans like that.

Metal heroes too in fact even older shows like Akumaizer 3 and Daitetsujin-17 had similar patterns of what you mentioned.

That one episode of Go-Onger where there was some kind of spirit at a hot spring and they had to sing to it and Kegaresia grew big and G12 had to fight her and the Go-On guys were a boy band......

That...that didn't need to exist...that was horrible.

Dynaman episode ten was just plain pointless, seriously we are under the impression that some evil alien has come to take earth and instead it turns out to be wasted filler.

Speaking of which the G3 princess episode didn't really have a point to it and I think we could have done with out it.
