Do wonder if they anime is going to drop the Relay Story like they apparently did the Momotaro Play...

Though I can see why they might not want to do the Relay, it would still be disappointing :disappoin

God I hope not.
I can see why they didn't do Momotaro Play and Delinquent Samurai Returns chapter, as those aren't that hilarious and perhaps they prefer animate a chapter after more members joined.

But Story Relay was great. It involved all the members, it was hilarious, and it was the chapter where Rika came with her mecha x mecha again. I think after Kobato joined on this week episode, Story Relay chapter will be a good "random-activity-all-the-members-do" episode for the week after, since originally on Romancing Saga (that also will be on this week episode), Maria and Kobato didn't participate...

Hmm, but I thought it's originally aired midnight there on Japan? Should be fine I guess if they tone it down too. For example when Yukimura stripped on his/her story relay part, instead of showing it full body like on manga, the anime can show it partially, just his/her shoulder and then his/her foot, etc. And off course Kodaka (the story relay's main character Kodaka) should wear pants, not naked with censorship like on the manga :laugh:
As for the rape part/theme, Rika already said it on the previous episode when she encountered Kodaka in his class room. Ditto for the sex scene portrayed as two mechas fighting just like previous episode, so Story Relay chapter should be fine.


But now we're talking about this, I wonder how they're going to handle Maria's one. You know, when she said that word to show Kobato she is a fine adult whom already know adult things. I wonder if that word is safe to be said?

This is weakest episode so far, they omitted too many good stuffs to make up with faster pace :disappoin

There should be development with Kodaka and Maria beforehand. On episode 4 we didn't know that Maria only eat potato chip all the time, and Kodaka know that she stocked so much after he decided to make her lunch box although he did mention it to Kobato but it felt too weak. And wasn't Maria suppose to dislike (or at least not respecting) Kodaka before he told her some jokes?

The change and additional scenes on Romancing Saga part is refreshing and it's a plus for me. Rika look more like Yuna from FF X-2 version and Maria join the party for real, as Index, lol. Though no "Believe in Yourself" spamming nor additional useless skills for Kodaka, no Warasubo's dying words, and no "Believe in Yourself" upgrade made it less funny. The same as when Yozora tricked Sena, it felt less funny, not because I have read the manga but I just felt it was plainly executed :disappoin

But when Kobato came with Maria's character, speaking like her usual self but with Maria's voice, that was gold, especially when she got burnt when she mocking the king, that was the funniest scene for me on this episode :laugh:

The loli catfight was cute with they shouting their attack names. I like it too when Kobato scream "Aho aho aho" and the dialogue between Kobato, Maria, and Kodaka whether Kobato is Kodaka's little sister. But shame they used the "se-" joke for the next episode preview part :shakefist


And they immediately go to Karaoke episode next week? Looks like they really will gonna skip Story Relay chapter. Well can't say I like it, but oh well at least we will get this:

Do wonder if when Sena tells Kodaka "your sister cannot be this cute", which was also in the manga, is a reference to Oreimo...

I like Rika more and more each time I see it... Though they seemed to have decided to skip when she talked about her fist kiss :laugh:

Another scene that was toned down was the very last one. In the manga went Kobato sneaks into Kodaka's bed, she actually hugs him... I guess it was too close to incest for the anime...
