[hide]Episode 4:
- The recap music is nice.
- Lol, SWAT has their own
army fanclub.
- Oh crap, someone got alien'd
- Oh crap, some sort of super alien just took one out.
- That fight was cool.
- The preview amused me in ways that it shouldn't; "Fight, Blue Swat! Next Stage: "Za Raibaru!"
.
Episode 5:
- Hey, it's the new secondary Rider *shot*
- Oh man, the whole concept of this episode is so ridiculous yet it somehow works.
- Shou scrambling for a toilet borders on not, though; I'm glad it ended when it did.
- Heck yes,
bike scene!
- Hell yes to that bgm that played during the fitness scene; please tell me it's on the soundtrack(s). I'll definitely be willing to just loop it endlessly, if it is.
- So, the athletes were attacked 'cause the Space Mafia wanted more hosts? Makes sense, if so.[/hide]
I like how, even though the show feels very MotW-ish, there's still a serialized narrative going on; I hope it sticks throughout. I'm not entirely certain what I want from the rest of the show though; If I had to guess though, I dunno, the captain and the original base getting retconned back to reality would be pretty dang dumb to do. Thankfully, Miyashita seems actually decent this time around so, I'll put my faith in that he won't pull crap like that.
(Definitely tempted to segue into a rant about him and Hurri but, that's for another time)
