Best of the \m/etal Heroes

After watching a whopping four series(I can see why Shougo says they're boring), I'd have to say it's a tie between Jiraiya and Gaven. Jiraiya was pretty good for a stand alone, don't know if they were trying to set up a trilogy there or what. Gaven was great, I really wanna find the second part of the trilogy and eventually the third.

I wanna start B-Fighter and Kabuto eventually, but I've heard they really aren't worth the money aside from the Black Beet stuff. Blue Swat looks like an interesting take on the whole genre though, so I might try to find that.

I'm more into the Sheriff trilogy, so I've voted for the first one. Sekisha seyo, baby! :169:

I would go for the Space Metal Heroes next just for Spielban. Juspion is a cool show but I didn't really follow up on the episodes because of the Kaiju formula. Daileon is still great, though. :anime:

That's the way I voted. Juspion is cool and all, but I thought that the overall arc was way too wee-thin to stretch out like they did, so the show became repetitive. And then they made Juspion himself more and more serious as the show went on, which I thought took away from the show's charm. Hikaru Kurosaki best plays the comedic roles.

I found the VR Troopers and Beetleborgs to be...interesting takes, but I say this only because I've never seen any *real* Metal Hero. However, I am planning on buying the Star Sheriff series.

If you ever decide to get B-Fighter, please watch Beetleborgs before it and compare. I swear you'll be sitting in ur computer chair with a blank stare on ur face like I did.
