By any chance if you can post some pics of the suit if you darken it up?
Any way, nice suit, just darken it and it will be awsome. But the chest seems a little small..not beefed up IMHO.

Well if you know how to sculpt it's easier, you could make one out of clay for instance and then make a mold out if it. I was planning to make a helmet since my dad has a lot of fiberglass lying around but I'm not so skillful with clay.

Ahhhhh, we'll see...I ain't so hot with clay either, and then the mold process, and then the sanding and painting...shoot, I might just screw up my suit further!:disappoin

Yeah, I know the chest/ab armor is flat...but it was the only thing I could think up at the time.:sweat: I WAS thinking about using an old bodyboard and then just cutting and shaping it...not sure how it'd look though, and like I was telling Takumi, I may just screw it up even more.:disappoin

Happy Holidays everyone!

Welp, upon Igadevil's advice about darkening the gloves, I was looking at the suit I did and figured that the Armor would have to be darkened as well. D'Oh! That being said, I also made a new set of armor, a bit smaller and more in the lines of the FIRST and NEXT in terms of "shape". Plus, I hope this smaller armor enables me to actually "move" when wearing the jacket!:laugh:

Anyway, so yesterday I lost my friggin' mind and re-did the armor. Would have been neat if left it black, but there can only be ONE Kamen Rider Black!:buttrock: Here is a shot showing the reduction in armor size:

Now, I managed to paint the armor last night...I used a flat Olive Drab Green. But now I need your opinions once more...is this green TOO dark? I think it'll look good with the darker gloves...but uh, what say all of you?:sweat:

Alrighty...

The OD Green may have been a bit too dark...so I am in the process of waiting for the new green paint job to dry. Not as dark as the OD, yet not as bright as the initial armor's color.:shakefist

BTW, does anyone know if this silver armor was just for one of the KR old school movies?

Hey thanks for checking this out. Yeah, too dark, so I am waiting for the new paint to dry as I type this.

That silver armor I would do...it'd be easy to match with everything AND it look killer in the form of The FIRST and The NEXT armor!!!:buttrock:

It looks alot like battle worn, and IMO I like it.

Are you trying to get this colour on your chest?
