Batman The Animated Series VS The Batman

Batman: TAS-Kicked a lot of ass...one of many examples of Fox's rebelling against the likes of the censors. :buttrock:

The Batman: Sounds like a dance routine, like the Bat-Toosie...

every incarnation of B:TAS (AoB&R, NBA, BB) is far superior to anything that has come after it. be it the batman or most action shows.

the batman's just terrible wannabe anime bullshit trying to cash in on the movie coming up. they make Bruce Wayne act like a college guy in a frathouse instead of a man who's traveled the world to become the perfect fighting machine. he relies on tech and toyetic batwave crap to help him solve cases instead of his master detective skills. i mean, yeah he's supposed to be young but eating nachos and making big battle suits does not make a batman. and dont even get me started on the villans. the only redesign that's worth a **** is Catwoman. that suits cooler than both versions from B:TAS. other than that the redesigns and show are incredibly lame. even when not compared to B:TAS, the batman is still a terrible show that will do just fine b/c kids dont know any better. they see batman, they see anime-type things, they see flashy lights, they're good to go. and that's sad.

Hmm, I guess I can't make myself to like it. I feel like I'm watching some other show/hero, although the show itself is called Batman Beyond.
Its just me. Its like manipulating Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles into Teenage Mutant Ninja Tortoise.

However, the only BBeyond I like is the BB Special: Return Of The Joker, simply because we got to see some old Batman with the cape and the return on the Clown Prince Of Crime himself.

WHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA :eplus2: U just gotta love the maniac laughter! :eplus2:

I don't stop anybody from watching it, though. :D

I went for B:TAS. I've seen a few episodes of The Batman, and while I think some of the designs were pretty good, Batman for example, but some of the stories I've seen seemed off to me. Man-Bat wanting to be the main bay in town, Cluemaster is a overweight loser who lives in his mother basement. I recently heard that for season 2 there bringing in Commisinor Gordon and Barbra Gordon, who apparently become Batgirl after her father forbids to become a cop. Granted a lot of the things in TAS weren't right either but I felt it stayed truer to the comic batman

^Season two is going to rock with 26 episodes! :buttrock:
That's twice more the eps than season one...

And I can't WAIT for Batgirl to come out. Her design is fucking bitchin! Very retro
