That is from the movie. Shark attack happens on two occasions -- in the movie and an episode in the final season -- both had Bats using his "Shark Repellent".

In the movie you also see, I believe, Octopus repellant, whale repellant and barracuda repellant XD

That was part of the fun of watching Batman back then. He always had some kind of repellent or "anti-whatever" spray/belt to get himself out of jams. "luckily Alfred packed my belt with the anti-lava spray!"
