Back To The Drawing Board

"Let's DRIVING!!!!!"
Okay, I have been having a very fucked up moment here. My computer went and acted all funny because it was turning itself on and off again when I tried to get in. So now I had to recover the entire system, and all of my hard work, my papers, my music, and everything went down the incenerator.

Now, I have to redo everything all over again.

Back to the drawing board.

Not to be picky, but things don't really go down incinerators, they go in them. They go down toilets.

So uh, yeah. Have a better day?

It's normally situations like this that teach us the value of a good backup of the stuff we don't wanna lose...

But yeah, data loss is always bad.

You have my deepest sympathy as I've got to back up my laptop hard drive onto a new external laptop hard drive as the power supply on my laptop's crapped out on me and even though I have a extended warranty on it, the repair people said that the data on the hard drive may be deleted, which is a bit stupid even if it's only the power supply that's the problem...

I'm just sick as a parrot that I'm going without my Super Hero Time fix for the next few days/weeks depending on how long it takes the repair people to fix it [and I'm praying that they don't delete my data as I don't want to have to copy all my Hen... er I mean Toku/Anime/emulated videogames all over again!:redface2:]

Computers can most of the time be a bitch. Could it be something you downloaded that had an encrypted virus in it?
