Some people love Sentai & not PR.
Some people love PR & not Sentai.

Personally, I don't give a crap which people prefer. It'd be nice if people would keep an open mind about both, but that doesn't happen.
What I find annoying is when either side calls the other "gay" just because they like Sentai or PR. BOTH series have their good points, both series have their cheesy or bad points. Neither is perfect, neither is "gay".

Yes we all know them, twats who think PR is better than sentai and also people who are just plan assholes. I am in a room surrounded by people shouting at me "LOOK IT'S POWER RANGERS!" while I stare at JH's review of Kamen Rider Faiz. TWATS! Anyways, post all your Anti-sentite stories or people who just plain play dumbass and accuse you of stuff....

Honestley man who cares.... What other people think doesnt effect your life so why the **** should you care?. I sure as hell don't give a **** if some guy hates Sentai instead of PR.. I don't care.

Sentai did have a few shows canned as well, Rider wasn't the only one. I look to sentai for fun fast action and to Kamen Rider for more of a mature tone, they're both great.

Only JAKQ was cancelled...and, surprise surprise, it was brought to us by the same man who brought us Kamen Rider!

And to say sentai has lasted only because of toys is wrong, too. The new gen KR shows have been just as big of a toy commercial as sentai -- come on, we're going lower than toys and completely selling out with Pokemon cards.

I don't get where KR is so "dark and mature" than sentai...well, at least keeping in mind older sentai. New KR is more soapy and angsty...not really "mature," I don't feel like I'm watching anything heavy. I think playing with cards is even dorkier than talking dogs.

I like Rider, I just think he needs to keep in mind that sentai's his superior. These people who think it's "radder" because there's soapy love triangles and gratuitous deaths piss me off! That's a sort of other group with anti-PR or anti-sentai -- the morbid lemon suckers who like a show just because there are deaths.

I completely agree. I love both PR and Sentai. In fact, I am probably the only Kamen Rider fan who WANTs to see a American adaption of newere KR shows like Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz and Blade. Im sorry, but I enjoy all forms. Im just a big fan of the genre.

I dont like people who just blindly bash Super Sentai without even giving it a chance but I also hate people who blindly bash PR without giving it a chance. But I learn to tolerate it regardless. People will always have differing opinions

Maskman was also cut short by five episodes wasn't it?

As for Rider, the older stuff is more mature really, the newer stuff is just a soap/matureish story mix more or less. I like Rider better because it's more mature to me, but I don't claim it to be fact. You're doing that though, people can have opinions and I wasn't pushing it onto anyone or anything. There are some Sentai shows I like a lot better then Rider and vice-versa.

Just by saying you like Rider better isn't anti-anything, it just means you happen to like it more...Unless the person saying that is the type bashes every other show and claims anything they say as a fact.

I don't like Rider because of the deaths, I like it because of the tone of the show. It's more mature, and I do like mature shows just as I like Sentai. So cards are kiddy? So, I suppose a magical trapeze that floats from no where isn't? Or that little colored disk aren't either?

Even though I like Rider more, Jetman a Sentai is my favorite Toku of all time, but that just means there are more rider shows that I like.
