Has anyone here ever used them? They have a lot of stuff for cheap that I'm interested in, but I wanted to know if they were reliable or not.

Very reliable. Half of my SH ryuki figures and SH climax form came from there. They only ship via ems though. The only problem is they don't check old figures for damages sometimes so the best thing to do is buy it with label u' or higher.
