I know it's a classic and all, but I've revisited "Infinity Gauntlet" recently, and I just can't help but feel like it gets way more praise than it deserves. The characters are iconic, but the plot mostly revolves around Thanos being all about love and death, and it just feels a bit one-note for me! I get that Jim Starlin has his fans, but I found myself missing the depth of character work we get in story arcs like Claremont's "The Dark Phoenix Saga." Am I crazy for thinking it doesn't hold up? What do you all think?
