I'm doing this little routine during lent, its to help get a six pack i've always wanted one cause i think they look awesome so now im gonna use this video to try achieve it

so i thought i'd share it with you all seeing some of you may wanna get in shape to

some tips though, dont expect it to work right away it does take time ive been doing it a week and a half and can see some lines coming in now and the muscle defination building

it will hurt the first few nights espcially the neck but dont worry it will stop

next off after a week you will probably be able to do loads of crunches so instead of just 45 seconds i would usually just push myself until i couldn't do no more which is over 2 mins

if your overweight lose weight whilst doing this program otherwise your stomach will just become hard and even more difficult to lose

enjoy!!

I'm currently in my late winter-spring junkfood binge. I am now eating a large back of M&Ms, got a huge back of doritos saved for the new PROO ep airing.:anime:

I'll get into this actvity you call ''working out'' when summer comes near.

Wow!, cool nice find. i think i'm gonna use it cos' i need to get in shape fast, for my presentation and my upcoming job as a coreographer.

Can you vouche.... that it works?

like i said im barely on it two weeks and i can already see definetion when i tense the abs

it works if you stick to it, i was sick for 2 days and couldnt move so i lost some time but im now doing it again getting back up to shape its a great program

I could use this programme, but I need to lose my gut stomach. I'm SKINNY as hell, just I have a BIT of a belly which I want rid of cos I'm greeting fans at a con at the end of this month and I'll be in my TimeGreen costume....

Takumi is right; you can work those abs 'till they're on fire every day but you're never going to see definition until you burn off the veil of belly fat. I recommend (in addition to watching what you eat--you'll live longer anyways) using a crunch machine at a local gym and going for weight, not reps. I usually do just a couple sets of 10 or 12 with a higher weight like 90 to 100 lbs. That will actually build the muscles in the abdomen, helping them to protrude a little, then you can implement crunches (though you'll have to do a shitload) or bicycle kicks (the one I recommend; on non-gym days I do about two or three hundred) to work the rectus abdominis as well as the obliques for definition.

In my day of martial arts, our names for certain kicks were different from other schools of martial arts.

What's a bicycle kick to you?

And thanks for the advice!
