Until I see Mystic Forces' progress on the screen, and not on some sloppy writers' say so, I'm not bending down and sticking it to him up the ass, his work will be made or broken by the finished product, and given what I saw of SPD, I'm tremendously worried about what he'll do to compensate.
Lets' see, what references would we see? Rita Repulsas' secret unused underground army are the main antagonists? MMPR The Movie is suddenly canon because Kalish can't tell whats' what and we see references to the young warriors who once bested Ivan Ooze? Captain Janeway and Colt Severs in a teamup?
..I would'nt be suprised if that last line did'nt turn out to be a joke where this guys' involved.

I loved that he hooked us up with a response like this and I don't think he's required to defend his work. To a lot of fans who're haters through and through it's just pointless. The best he can do for any good it can do he's done through the interviews and hitting the Cons.
I thought SPD was pretty good. Not the best, but damn fine for a new guy to the fandom. I mean, look at Ninja Storm. Doug's no newbie, yet he tossed out pretty much everything PR had built up to that point, including all the good and he's a long history with PR. Bruce, for me, at least brought back some of the feel that I liked of PR's best seasons.
And he listend to us. He's gone back and learned some history and plans to use it. The guy rules in my book.

Sloan did everything right, yeah, I know that setence is'nt going to be worth much around the "House of B.K Yes Men", but NS did'nt "throw out PR", it WAS PR, it was EARLY PR, quite frankly, people who get that stuck up about PR daring to go back to it's roots and still be entertaining need to watch something else, like Babylon 5, which PR is'nt and has never aspired to be, yet everyone assumes it bloody should be.
Its' hard to be a Kalish detractor, it's hard to see RIGHT THROUGH HIM, its' hard to be an objective PR fan and have to deal with people who bend their opinions in the wind and deride Doug any chance they can, sometimes to the very extremes that they accuse the Kalish dissers of acting. There hypocrites, and fans who clearly have lost sight of what represents consistently. And it's hard to see that happen when we were once all united on what that represented.
Maybe Disney HAS been a negative influence in one light, despite the flamings, despite the critcisms, PR fans were always united in the long run, now, thanks to the lure of Hollywood interaction, thanks to the appeal of communicating with people who earn more than you, who live better off, that unification has been severed, and for no real reason. Original producers who know PR inside and out are slammed, disrespected, it's sickening **** to say the least.
To be the man, you gotta beat the man, and Bruce is NOT, nor will he EVER be, the man, to follow him with Mystic Force just because he SAYS he's now listening to the fans does NOT mean its' going to be neccersarily great ahead of its' airing, THINK FOR YOURSELVES for once people, watch M.F on its' own merits, if its' flawed, RIP IT, dont' APOLOGISE for it, dont' SUGERCOAT how bad it is like a five year old who misspels all over his english essay and you give three stars for effort anyway, dont' say "bad episode, good effort", say "Bruce...that was shite", just as I do, you dont' lost credibility for that, you make him turn his attention 150 degrees to where you are, and you make him listen.

Well, Sloan ain't the man either I can tell ya' that. I believe when it comes to the PR World that title belongs to Judd Lynn, Jackie Marchand , and Jonathan Tzachor.
