A New Hero Series... (member interactive)

If you read the title, that you might be interested in what I have to say so here goes.

Yeah, my fic idea involves members who would want to take part in this season. I'll only be casting a few members... members will have a chance to live their dream as a "hero" or perhaps a "villian"... as the story progresses, perhaps a hero shall fall into the shadows of the darkside and emerge as a villian.. or maybe a dark tail for how someone has battled his/her demons and embraced the light. Or maybe no change is needed. Maybe within that, forum members will square off against each other? The hero theme will be Kamen Rider-like... in terms of transformation and with a suit and armor. However, this will not be purely bug-like.. perhaps an incorperation like Ryuki with other creatures.

Right now, I'm still in the process of comming up with an ideal storyline and how the characters will interact. I'll be casting around... 10 members for this project. So if you're interested, reply here and I'll see what I can do for you. It's not first come first serve, I'll give this time and see where it goes from here. Ideas and constructive critism is welcome.

By the way... this is a FIC and not an RPG... =)

Seems like a cool idea...but I'd rather see the story first before I make my decision.

So far... here's my general idea... theme may change.

In Forbidden times, there were weapons forged, weapons strong enough to surpass any weapon on earth. In the right hands, they can right wrongs and protect the world from any danger, keeping the peace. In the wrong hands, bringing forth chaos and destruction, a dark dawning all over the world.

7 swords were crafted, however not anyone could use them. Users that have the "Saint's Soul" may freely wield these weapons.

The Saints are... Dragon Saint, Pheonix Saint, Tiger Saint, Turtle Saint, Wolf Saint, Lion Saint and one unknown....

During that time, a dark kingdom went to seek these weapons, but 4 heroes (3 are not present) from the Heavenly Kingdom stood up against the terror and silenced them. Ages later, peace was spread all over the world, with the Dark Kingdom defeated and exiled to Hell.

However, it wouldn't be long until they have eventually ruled Hell itself. With Hell under their control, they have more than power to seek revenge.

Today, the weapons lay dorment and scattered all over the world, hidden. The Dark Kingdom of Hell has finally taken action to rise once again. They have began to search for the weapons. All hope and life on earth will be wiped out unless... 7 new heroes are born... however, it is not known of who they are... the search begins.

It sounds the slightest bit generic, but it has some pretty interesting concepts there. The last line intrigues me, who will be doing the searching? Will it be kind of like a task handed over to a certain family to watch over the weapons until they are needed again?

Well, it was kind of hard to think haha I was kinda watching a movie while thinking of the plot.

A priest from the Holy Order of the Heavenly Kingdom will begin the move once finding out about the Dark Kingdom's actions. It was entrusted upon him to safeguard the Dragon Saint sword, the only found found by far. The rest are sealed worldwide... but for how long... =P

I'm openning the doors for members who'd like to take part, if all goes well for this for the first few episodes, I'll certainly add more people to the fray.

Once I get the names and numbers on who;d like to participate, then I'll start on the first episode.

I'm taking the role of a hero, so there'll be 6 slots left for the main protagonists. The rest of the floor is still wide open.

The current blueprints for the weapons are up...

"Shinryu" the Crimson Dragon Saint
Sword type: Gunblade
Attribute: Balanced.
Final Attack: Crimson Wave
How to activate it: Pull the trigger behind the dragon's head to prepare the charge, then push the trigger back in to fully charge the blade. Send the charge to the enemy by swinging the blade to send a powerfully charged wave.


"Ohkame" the Navy Tortoise Saint
Sword type: Rapier/Yaiber
Attribute: Defensive.
Final Attack: Grand Tsunami
How to activate it: Pull the trigger at the botton of the handle on the rapier to send a surge through the yaiber. Then slash towards the enemy, a huge tsunami will appear and devour them.


"Unnamed" the Silver Tiger Saint
Sword type: Twin Murasame
Attribute: Sheer strength.
Final Attack: Omni Rage
How to activate it: Combine the blades together to automatically activate this attack. The weapon will charge, the charge can send a wave towards the enemy or can pierce right throught them.


"Houkami" the Royal Red Phoenix
Sword type: Rounded Saber
Attribute: Speed
Final Attack: (still undecided)
How to activte it: (still undecided)

Prologue...

"It's about time we finish what we were supposed to do centuries ago!" said Shuko, head general of the Dark Kingdom, "With the Heavenly Kingdom and the Saints out of the way, there's no one left on Earth who can stop us!" He lifted his fist to the air, saluting and firing up the soldiers who stand below him. Their cheers roared the fiery abyss of Hell.

6:30PM
Location... The Unknown Tomb.
An expediation of explorers hiked the forests around the Unknown Tomb, a group of young teens with high senses of adventure journey their way throught the paths, in search of some amazing discoveries to come.

"Yo!" said a boy, he's about 21 with red hair, he wiped his head with his green bandana then he looked over to the other boy... "Eh? Nanda? (What do you want?)" said the other boy. the other boy sported a fobby casual look, he wore a white jacket, his hair was long and wore a necklace with a ring. "Can we speak in English here? Kosaka!" said the red headed explorer, "aren't you hot in that jacket by the way?" "Ei.. daijobou! (It's ok!) I'm fine, this jacket is specially ventillated, so I get a good breeze!" said Kosaka. "So how long do you think it'll be till we get there? Nakamata.", "About a few more kilometers, we should get going, it's about nightfall soon!" replied Nakamata. "Chouto! (Hold on!)..." said a female voice, "What's seems to be the problem now, Kirsuragi?" asked Nakamata. "Miru! (Look!)" she exclaimed, they heard and saw a march below the valley, an army dressed in red, they carry torches and lots of weapons like they were heading to a war. Most of them didn't look human, almost demon-like...

"Kowaii yo... (I'm scared)" stumbled Kirsuragi, she then ran into the arms of Kosaka, who then said, "Daijobou! Nakamata... do you think they're heading towards the Tomb?" "Ma chigai nai! (Ain't no doubt about it!) We should book it on the double!" Nakamata ordered. The 3 plus the remainder on their group ran fast, through the vines and bushes, trying to catch up to the army. They finally catch up, however, they still hide in the bushes to remain hidden from the terrifying troops.

"This is it! One of the weapons of Saints lies within this structure!" says Shuko. "Troops, prepare to attack!" As they about to make the move... a rustle in the bushes catches their attention, then they look over and see a little girl with a basket of flowers. "Oh? A little child? You know, my blade hasn't had the taste of blood in centuries... you shall be a good appetizer for me!" Shuko said, then he licked his lips and raised his sword in the air preparing to deliver the deathing strike.

"Yamerou! (Stop it!)" screams Kosaka as he ran out of the bushes on the opposite side. Equiped with a machete, he charged for Shuko only to be kicked back by a soldier. As Everyone is detained with Kosaka, Kirsuragi and Nakamata make the save. "Take this girl and get far back as you can! All of you go! You'll be safer this way!" ordered Nakamata. "What about you guys?!" replied an explorer, "don't worry about us! We'll be right behind you!" assured Nakamata. The rest make a run for it, as the soldiers try to make a run towards them, they're stopped by rocks thrown by Kosaka.

"You bullies think you got a lot of guts picking on defenseless kids huh?" said Nakamata with a fiery look in his eyes. "You want to be a hero? Ha! You know how many people like you I've killed over my years? Another number won't make a difference!" stated Shuko, he then snapped his fingers and had his troops surround the trio. "3 people for 1 child is a better deal for me!" laughed Shuko, "I'll have a much better time listening to your screams!" as he was about to raise his sword, he was blinded for a second by dirt, thrown by Nakamata. "UGH! TROOPS! ATTACK!" ordered Shuko in rage. "Way to go Nakamata! Way to get them riled up!" said Kirsuragi, "Who cares now! It's do or die!" said Kosaka.

(So this is it huh? The start to our adventure has already come to a permanent end? It can't be!)

While the trio hold their own against the army of Hell, things look grim! Will these 3 meet their fate? And who's the flashy old dude with the white robe? Is he a friend or foe? Answers will be answered on the first episode, stay tuned!
