I remember when it was new! Back when it was one of the first shows to premiere on the new Fox Network (which acquired our Channel 5 network, WNEW, now WNYW in NYC).
I started watching it more when they gave reruns on WPIX Channel 11 (IIRC). It's not a bad show! This is what I originally thought of when I saw Johnny Depp, but Depp sure has graduated to bigger and better things afterwards (that's a compliment)!
Probably either 2 or 3, out of the three seasons and some odd episodes I've seen so far. I'm still lacking the majority of season 4, but that seems to be when some of the more serious **** starts hitting the fan.
I like Booker's addition in season 3, but season 2 is probably the most well-written I've seen so far.
That link reminded me of something: apparently 21 Jump Street is being written into a movie adaptation, being co-written and produced by... Jonah Hill.
If that fat **** ruins this I'm going to put his family in a blender.
