2016 Super Sentai Rumors/News Thread (40th Anniversary) - Doubutsu Sentai Juuouger

So we are finally getting cameos from past Sentai Series in Zyuohger, about time.
And it is an actor from the last Anniversary series, cool.
Wonder if that will be the trend for Zyuohger, getting actors from Boukenger, Gaoranger, etc, all the way back to Goranger.

I like that Zyuohger is following Ninninger's approach to having Legend Sentai Heroes guest star in the episodes, rather than appearing in just the movies. It feels more special. I wonder if Marvelous is back to maybe give Yamato the Whale form and Zyuoh Whale?

I think his appearance is tied to Bungray. Pirate-themed monster from space talking about a certain guy on earth.....wouldn't surprise me if he met fellow space pirates in the past.

This four-part mini series comes as a bonus with each Blu-Ray release of the Zyuohger series. It will feature the spirit of the red rangers, Aka Red, who is bringing Jealoushitto from Gokaiger along with him. It also features Jin and J from Go-Busters, albeit it is the alternate version of Jin from Dobutsu Sentai Go-Busters. Finally AkaRed, Kyoryu Blue, AoNinger, Beet Buster, Stag Buster, and ToQ-6 will team up to battle the Zyuohgers.

Seems like all the Legend Sentai appear in suit only except for Beet Buster. Well this is our anniversary special for the 40th. I noticed that the returning Rangers are all from the past 5 series. Gokaiger - Aka Red w/ 40th badge, Go-Busters - Beet & Stag Buster, Kyoryuger - Kyoryu Blue, Toqger - Toq-6, Nininger - Shironinger. Keeping it like it was with Gaoranger and Boukenger's Anniversary specials.

Rumour has it that the scenes with Marvellous will be part of episode 29, airing in September, as that is the 2000th episode in the franchise. It's also rumoured, but as yet with no evidence to confirm it, that the episode will feature an updated version of the Gokaiger end theme containing all the additional Sentai up to and including Zyuohger.

Human form's suit does indicate he's the Doubutsu Sentai counterpart, but his transformed suit is definitely Beet Buster.

Though, it seems Hiroya acts as if he's playing Doubutsu Jin instead of the real Jin. I wonder if we'll get an explanation for why Doubutsu Jin is transforming into Beet Buster........
