Not 100% sold on the suit, but it really has an unique charm and must admit the longcoat flaps look badass. I need better photos of the helmet to see if there is some detail under the huge red translucent visor. Only thing I don't like for sure is the belt design. I like the gimmick, but the design could have been better. Oh well.

I like that instead of the traditional wizardry approach like in MagiRanger we're getting stage magic. I believe that even if they share a common base theme (magic), they should distance as much they can from each other so they're not compared.

Regarding the rumoured cast though, I will say that the second guy (Junki Tozuki?) looks like he could be the character shown with the orange backpack.

I think the cast list is legit. Also there is a rumours few months ago, the heroin is from the idol group. Okunaka Makoto is a member of the idol group called platinum something agency.

Honestly it looks like it's a reflective visor, though that might be troublesome when it comes to filming, since you could see reflections and stuff obviously.

Based solely from the looks rumored cast, I'm sensing a collective disappointment from the "OMGZ I WANTZ MY SERIOUZ RIDERZ" crowd when the series starts to air. :laugh:

Why? The guys are attractive, but they're not as "pretty" as characters like Wataru or Philip who get bashed for looking too effeminate. Makoto Okunaka is 19 years old and would probably look very different on TV than in a modelling shot where she was dressed as a cutesy schoolgirl.

Look like someone were right about the next new rider will use similar gimmick from the current secondary rider e.g Wizard's Belt based on Meteor's touch wrist device, Fourze's switches based on Birth's gashapon capsules.

I think Meteor's design is definitely much better than Wizard's.

I couldn't disagree more. Personally I think the Meteor suit is the ugliest they've ever made. To each their own I guess.

Having gone and looked at the proper images on the front page, there's definately something of an Oga vibe to it. But we all know he isn't going to be dark or mature. Certainly the days of Faiz-like shows are long gone.

So, does the hand on the belt rotate or flip or something so it's the correct way round for the ring hand he wants to swipe? That's OK. Not too obtrusive as belt gimmicks go. At least it isn't attaching five things to the belt :sweat: I'm guessing that left hand rings are for form changes and right hand rings will be for "full charge" or whatever they call it this time around?
