I honestly respect James Gunn and Peter Safran for allowing projects like this to exist. Even if it does not work out, at least they are experimenting instead of playing everything safe. A lot of superhero movies and shows start blending together after a while. I would rather see an ambitious odd idea fail than watch another project that feels designed by a checklist.
