I do indeed remember Zixx, oddly enough the last time I brought it up it seemed like I was the only one who had fond memories of it. It is pretty hard show to find nowadays, I wish you luck if you do try to look for anything (though I have seen a few bits here and there). Interestingly enough the first series "Keep sequences" were pure machinima and made in an actual "game engine," in the last two series they were simply animated by Mainframe Productions (under Rainmaker, for the latter one if I recall).
Dug up a few more, in no particular order (not too sure how many are strictly "CanCon," though):

(Couldn't find a decent clip of the opening on it's own, except in Polish apparently)
I also remember two shows, but have found essentially nothing thus far in terms of practical clips. One is a cartoon known as "
Animal Crackers," I was able to only find a groups of snippets in this video (Starts at 3:42-5:42):

The other is a 2004 cartoon by Tooncan called "
The Boy", the summary amounting to "the adventures of Toby Goodwin, a boy genius and an agent of the International Federation For Peace. With his partner, agent Bob Saint-Vincent, he travels all over the world to fight villains." Strangely I can't seem to find a single clip of it anywhere, anyone else remember this one?
