The beloved character Crash Bandicoot made a surprise return to the Sony Press Conference at E3. Revealing not one, not two, but four titles he will be in. First, he will be an exclusive character in the PS4 version of Skylanders: Imaginators. Then, three of the characters games are getting the modern treatment.
Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and Crash Bandicoot: Warped will all be remastered and released for PlayStation 4. Technically, Activision still owns the rights to Crash Bandicoot, thus why a new game has not been made. However, an arrangement with Sony has allowed him to be get the remastered games.
No footage of the remastering was given at the press conference.
