Anyone heard of a little bacteria called tetanus? It causes uncontrollable muscle spasms and in lden days was often mistaken for demon possession. That kid needs an IV of Diazepam, not an exorcism

Kyle especially loves the random tables and appreciates having a trap resource since he admits he's terrible at creating his own. The art by Chris Seaman inspires you visualize these ideas within your own world-building. No complex rules here, only solid ideas you can incorporate in your campaign.
