The Hulk is one of the few Avengers that hasn’t been given a lot of limelight. Hawkeye was in Thor, Black Widow was in Iron Man 2 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, but Hulk has been in just the Avengers films (since his recasting from Edward Norton to Mark Ruffalo), and Mark Ruffalo had a small cameo as Bruce Banner in Iron Man 3.
The technical reason for this is a rights issue, hopefully one that will get resolved in the near future, but until then, he’s stuck in a sort of limbo. Unfortunately, you can’t have the Hulk in every Marvel film, but you want to see more than just him in Avengers, right? Well, Chris Pratt, aka Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy, is very open to having the Hulk (somehow) come into space. I mean come on, this is Marvel, way weirder things have happened.
“I’d love the chance to work with Mark Ruffalo,” Pratt enthused to IGN. “He’s a terrific actor.”
And yes, there would be dancing involved. In fact, Pratt stated that they would “do some choreographed dances in no time. I’d teach The Hulk how to do the Running Man,” he concluded. Have him the Hulk join the Guardians of the Galaxy and dance the night away. What could possibly go wrong? Chris Pratt will return as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, which will hit theaters on May 5 2017.
