Black Clover To Be Given Its Own Mobile RPG
VIC Games Studio has announced that, following a successful closed beta test, pre-registration is now open for its mobile RPG Black Clover M: Rise Of The Wizard King.
The game is based on the anime series, which in turn is based on the Shonen Jump manga. Like most other shonen it’s about one scrappy underdog’s quest to become The Most Powerful X, only the X in this case is a wizard. Black Clover M will adapt key scenes and conflicts from the anime thus far, in a turn-based battling system. The Japanese cast has supplied their own voices for the game, including Gakuto Kajiwara, Nobunaga Shimazaki, Kana Yuuki, Junichi Suwabe, Daisuke Ono and others.
▶Tactical turn-based RPG that recreates classic team battles
▶Break through Ranks and improve your favourite characters
▶Diverse dungeons for an enjoyable battle experience
▶Cook, go fishing, and explore the Magic Kingdom
Black Clover M really wants a large userbase from Day 1 and is willing to sweeten the pot for anybody that agrees to pre-register to play. As with other pre-registering campaigns, prizes are unlocked depending on how many people express interest. Potential rewards include summon tickets for popular Black Clover characters, in-game items and in-game currency. The largest prize is the character Mimosa, who will be unlocked along with her special costume if the number of registrations can reach 2.5 Million. If not, we suspect Mimosa will be offered some other way, because it’d make no sense to spend development dollars on a character they wouldn’t use.
Surprisingly, there ARE physical prizes being offered in the promotion, but only for North American users. It’s possible to win an iPhone 14 Pro Max, Razer RGB Headphones, iPad 10th Gen or Google Play/ App Store Gift Cards. You can sign up for Black Clover M though the App Store, Google Play, or the game’s own website.
