Grip Digital and Teotl Studios have officially announced a new, free story expansion for The Solus Project. The Hightpoint Expansion is available now for Steam/GOG and Xbox One.
The new expansion explores the new and vertical Highpoint Island in the game. There is also an accompanying massive cave level. The expansion features a great deel of new content and over three hours worth of new story and gameplay. New locations include the new cave and acid lakes. There’s also strange flying orbs, a monstrous creature and a massive windmill. In the new expansion, the player ventures deeper into the world of the Solus Project to find out what happened on the planet.
The expansion was released alongside a new patch that includes some fixes for known bugs and balancing dozens of existing features. The game is currently part of the Xbox Game Preview Program, Steam Early Access and GOG Games in Development.
