Nickelodeon released its nominees for the 2026 Kids’ Choice Awards last week. They also said that Alex Warren will host the event, which will take place on November 14, 2026.

The Halloween season is finally here. So, that means the great awards season has also begun. And with the Emmys out of the way, we can finally get to the true arbiters of taste and skill: kids!

That’s right, the 2026 Kids’ Choice Awards are coming soon. On November 14, 2026 as a matter of fact. Moreover, Grammy-nominated musician Alex Warren will host the 39th annual Nickelodeon event.

Now, as you know, Nickelodeon basically lets its viewers decide the Kids’ Choice Awards winners. Additionally, the awards feature 36 categories, including film, television, music, gaming, sports, and many others.

This year, the event will also air live from Los Angeles on both CBS and Nickelodeon from 8-9:30 pm ET. It will also be available live on Paramount+ on November 14, for those who prefer to stream it. It will then be available on demand the next day, November 15, for premium and essential subscribers.

These awards are basically popularity contests. But at least, they’re decided by fans and nt industry insiders. And I also like that they don’t just have the typical media categories. For example, the Kids’ Choice Awards have awards for podcasts, influencers, and other independent content creators.
