Terminator Genisys Trailer Changes The Game

Ok, so for a while you’d be fine with thinking that Terminator Genisys (which is essentially a reboot of the series while still in its timeline of sorts) was a “we actually do have a chance to change the future and stop Judgment Day” kind of thing. Mainly because we knew that the Terminators sent their agents back to an earlier time than they did in the original film. Something went wrong, and now Sarah Connor is not only fully a warrior now, she has Arnold as her bodyguard of sorts.

Still following? Good. Because this new Terminator Genisys trailer seriously changes everything. I’ll comment after you watch…

Well…

…wait, you did watch it right? You did? Cause I’m about to spoil it all…

Ok, I’ll continue. So…John Connor is actually the enemy this go round!  Didn’t see that coming! Truly though, this is a twist that’ll ensure that nothing stays the same. Why? Because now that Sarah knows that John could (key word here) become a Terminator, and thus end the human race, she’ll have to do things differently. Then of course there’s Kyle, who seeing his son trying to kill his soon to be wife of sorts. Yeah, this is a Terminator movie!

Terminator Genisys arrives July 1st.
