Free League Publishing, creators of the hit Middle Earth RPG The One Ring, are about to introduce a 5E compatible variant called The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying. The final retail version of the game isn’t set to appear until 2023, and not even the date of the Kickstarter has been announced….but you can try out an early version today.

Warner Bros. has revealed the first gameplay footage of Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the sequel to the critically acclaimed Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. The Gameplay Walkthrough introduces viewers to the next generation of the innovative Nemesis System with the addition of Nemesis Fortresses, where players must utilise different strategies to conquer dynamic strongholds and forge their personalised Orc army.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor free DLC now available
A new piece of DLC has been released for the Lord of the Rings game Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor. Called The Power of Defiance, the free content gives players access to a number of new features and abilities, with the primary addition being that you can now change your character model to be a woman named Lithariel. Other new content includes a new challenge mode known as the Test of Defiance that limits which wraith abilities you can use and a new Epic Rune that allows you to revive when you die.

Warner Bros. has revealed that the upcoming Lord of the Rings game, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor, will come with a season pass that will make extra content available to users. The pass will be available from launch and will grant immediate access to the exclusive mission ‘Guardians of the Flaming Eye’.
