The fan-favorite comic turned fan-favorite series on Syfy has just gotten renewed for a third season. Wynonna Earp, which follows the stories of the great-granddaughter of Wyatt Earp as she defends the world against demonic threats with her demon-killing revolver.
IDW announced the renewal just before the panel at San Diego Comic Con, much to the delight of fans all over. IDW also noted that it was the passion of the fans for the show that truly let it be renewed, and they are grateful for that.
“Syfy recognized that passion and when coupled with superior writing, acting, directing and production values, saw that Wynonna Earp was more than just a distinctly unique television series.”
