Marvel took some time at SDCC to talk about their animated series and what the plans were for them. The upcoming season of Avengers would be called “Secret Wars” and would feature the lineup of The Vision, Captain Marvel, Ms Marvel, Black Panther, Wasp, Ant-Man and the Jane Foster version of Thor.
In a surprise though, a series of animated shorts featuring Rocket Raccoon and Groot were announced. And they are inspired by, in art style at least, the works of Skottie Young. You can view the clip shown here.
