♦ STORYLINE:
MUTINY (2026) – Cole Reed (played by Jason Statham) is a former Special Forces operative and ex–New York police officer now working in private security. He witnesses the brutal murder of his billionaire industrialist employer, but they frame him for the crime. To clear his name, Cole Reed has to get away from both the authorities and criminal forces. He uncovers an international conspiracy tied to human trafficking and powerful global interests.
As Reed’s past resurfaces ~ including his work under his father investigating trafficking networks ~ the mission becomes twofold. Cole Reed must fight his way through heavily armed adversaries, rescue trafficking victims, AND clear his name. The action in the film is not a CGI spectacle, but rather emphasizes Jason Statham’s signature physicality. It’s gritty, close-quarters combat, and he kicks butt like a one-man army!
Mutiny positions itself as a high-octane thriller about justice, redemption, and survival on the open seas. Jason Statham also serves as a producer on this film.
