Mewtwo DLC To Arrive Today To Those Who Registered Games On Club Nintendo
Today, is the day.
By that I mean that for any who registered both the 3DS and Wii U versions of Super Smash Bros. on Club Nintendo, you’ll receive an email sometime today (via IGN) regarding a download code to get the newest fighter, Mewtwo.
Mewtwo’s arrival has been long anticipated, ever since his announcement in November before the arrival of the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros.
The codes will be sent out today, and you’ll have until September 30th to claim the fighter. That being said, if you haven’t gotten your email with Mewtwo yet, don’t panic! There were a LOT of registered users that Nintendo has to send them out to, so be patient because he will arrive.
If you didn’t register on Club Nintendo, or didn’t register in time, fear not, you will be able to get Mewtwo on April 28th for a small amount. Note, you’ll have to buy a separate Mewtwo DLC: one for 3DS, and one for Wii U.
Character wise, the next fighter will be Lucas from Mother 3, who returns after his appearance in Brawl. Also, the ballots to register character ideas for Smash is still open, so if you haven’t made your suggestion yet…I’d do it soon!
