Meet Me, Myself And The Void October 1

Echobend Pictures has announced a worldwide VOD release for the indie dramedy Me, Myself And The Void, which premiered at Dances with Films and has made appearances at similar film festivals around the world, earning the award at FilnQuest for Best Ensemble Cast and nominations for Best Screenplay, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Editing and Best Score.

Doncha just hate it when you’re caught in a void? Struggling comedian Jack (no last name listed) sure knows how that feels. While his body is flat face down on the floor of his bathroom, Jack is hovering between live and death, forced to take stock of his life, his decisions and his friends. How will he return to his body? Perhaps by confronting his own fears and mistakes. if that doesn’t work maybe he’ll try yelling.

Jack De Sena stars as Jack, previously a child actor who had roles on Nickelodeon’s All That as well as Avatar: The Last Airbender (which has a new card game out!) The two other major roles in the film are played by Chris W. Smith, De Sena’s comedy partner from their online sketch channel, and Kelly Marie Tran, best known as Rose Tico from The Last Jedi and Princess Raya from Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon.

Other cast members include Akilah Hughes, James Babson, Sophia Esperanza, Kristen Carey, Darren Dupree Washington and Danielle Dallas Roosa. Me, Myself And the Void was directed by Timothy Hautekiet from a script he co-wrote with Nik Oldershaw. Ryan Blewett, Zubin Asaria, and Ryan Turner served as producers at Echobend, with Asaria also serving as executive producer. The film will be out on VOD platforms October 1.

This sounds so trippy! A comedian trapped in his own mind? That's like a real-life Inception, but without the cool dreams. I'm totally gonna watch this! I love movies that make you think, even if they're a bit weird. Plus, Kelly Marie Tran is awesome! Can't wait to see her in this.

I'm always up for a good laugh, especially when it's mixed with a bit of introspection. The cast seems promising, and I'm curious to see how they handle the balance between humor and drama.
I can totally relate to feeling stuck in a rut and questioning my life choices. The cast looks great too. I'm definitely adding this to my watchlist. Hopefully, it's not too cheesy.

This sounds like a promising indie film. The cast is impressive, and the concept is intriguing. I'm always on the lookout for hidden gems, and this could be one of them. I'm particularly interested in the dark comedy aspect. Hopefully, it's not too over-the-top.
